In 2016, Jason founded The Griggs Team, a group of top-performing real estate professionals in Nevada. Together, they have cultivated a culture of excellence, motivating each member to provide unparalleled service to their clients.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is deeply committed to community involvement. He is the founder of Moving Up Lacrosse, a program that started with 30 players and has since grown to over 200 participants. As a coach and role model, Jason emphasizes teamwork, mental toughness, and personal growth. His program actively supports local food drives, ensuring that less fortunate families have meals during the holidays, a testament to his belief in giving back.

 

Jason was born and raised in Long Island, New York. A collegiate athlete, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing and Communications from West Virginia University and later completed his Master’s Degree in Education at Adelphi University. Now a proud resident of Henderson, Nevada, Jason lives with his wife, Samantha, and their two sons, James and Joey.
